workshops & parties
Join Chef Schu for classes emphasizing seasonal fresh foods & beverages from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Chef will show you culinary techniques for everything from cooking meats and seafood and creative vegetable cookery to making your own corn tortillas, preserving, and building a DIY pantry.
Kids' cooking camps, offered during the summer and spring break, are a way to teach confidence and safety in the kitchen. Getting kids interested in cooking at an early age will be a gift that they will use for the rest of their lives.
So grab a friend or two & join Chef Schu in an intimate class in the lovely historic downtown Snoqualmie Cookshop, where you'll be learning, eating, & enjoying all that the seasons have to offer.
Payments for workshops, dinners and special events at Heirloom Cookshop are non-refundable, and all payments are final. Because of the nature of food preparation, all changes in reservations are only possible 7 days or more before the event, or you may transfer your reservation to someone else. Any changes before the 7 day window can be made in the form of store credit (to be used for future events), and all payments are final. Please note that private event dates are not guaranteed until a 10% deposit is paid.
