'Tis the season for gratitude, and we are so grateful for you! Thank you so much for voting us Best New Business and Best Kept Secret in Macaroni Kid's 2018 Gold Daisy Awards. We are so thankful to be part of this community and to share our love of good food and libations with you. So many exciting holiday events and new things are happening at Heirloom Cookshop -- Thanksgiving sides, a European winter market during Snoqualmie's tree lighting, new compostables at the Shop, new classes launching soon, and we're hiring! THANKSGIVING SIDES ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR PREORDER

 

Order your Heirloom Cookshop signature Thanksgiving side dishes today! We are offering appetizer kits; mashed Yukon Golds with caramelized shallots, garlic, & mascarpone; roasted root vegetables with house-cured pancetta & hazelnuts; toasted farro stuffing with apples, sausage, currants, & kale; our housemade dried herb spice mix for turkey & stuffing; pie dough; compound butter; and, for the morning after, vanilla-cinnamon coffee streusel cake & bake-at-home nutella almond rolls. Click here to order. Orders are due by Friday, November 16, and sides can be picked up Tuesday, November 20 and Wednesday, November 21 during regular Cookshop hours, from 10:30 until 3.

 

 

NEW CLASSES LAUNCHING SOON

 

Fourth quarter 2018 classes are nearly sold out -- thank you! Winter 2019 classes will be launching at the beginning of December and will include Sweet & Savory Gluten-Free Cooking, How to Taste: An Introduction to Wine, Hamma Hamma Oysters, Clean Eating for the New Year, Knife Skills, Stuffed Pasta...and so much more.

NOVEMBER:

-16th: Thanksgiving Sides Orders Due

 

-20th and 21st: Thanksgiving Sides Pick-Up: Pick up your preordered sides during regular business hours, 10:30AM to 3PM.

 

-22nd: Closed Thanksgiving Day

 

-23rd: Black Friday Brunch: We'll be open and serving brunch and lunch from 9:30AM until 3PM. Stop by for shopping sustenance and to cure your turkey hangover.

 

-24th: Small Business Saturday Brunch: Support your favorite small business! We'll be serving all of your favorites for brunch, and we'll also have a lovely selection of gift boxes in a range of prices available for purchase -- the perfect host gift and easily shipped to recipients far and near.
