Happiest of Hours

Did someone say happy hour??? Yes, you heard right! Every Wednesday from 5-8pm the cookshop will be serving local wines, beers, cider, ginger beer and bubbly cocktails along with scrumptious shareable plates {insert cheering and clapping here}!

Valentine's Day was the inaugural happy hour and it was such a success! A revolving door of you wonderful people coming in to support the cookshop was amazing. The hustle and bustle filled the shop with such a vibrant energy. We can't wait for the next one.

We featured a limited release wine from Mark Ryan Winery, the Water Witch, which sold out quickly. Along with our specialty cocktail the Smitten Kitten, featuring bubbles, house-made hibiscus - huckleberry grenadine, a blackberry & thyme.

The tartine smothered with whipped goat and feta cheese was a huge hit and rightfully so, with feedback that the cheese could be eaten with just a spoon was music to our ears.
