These Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes will be the star of your Thanksgiving menu. Creamy, smooth, and mixed through with carmalized shallots, garlic, butter, and mascarpone.



Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes (Serves 2 - 4)

  • Each quantity ordered is 1 quart. Each 1 quart serving feeds 2 - 4 people.

    Store in the fridge until you are ready to use. To reheat, add to a pot on the stove, if you have a little milk you can add a splash, and heat slowly over medium heat while stirring frequently until hot.  You can also reheat in an ovenproof dish at 350 degress for 20 minutes or until hot.
