About the event

Winter weather begs for a combination of creamy soup and hearty homemade bread.  Chef Leslie Barber (of Oh Crap, It’s 6:00!) will teach you to make a classic comfort soup as well as learn the ins-and-outs of Wild Sourdough bread making.  This class will use the Instant Pot to make a delicious Split Pea Soup that will be served alongside Wild Sourdough baguettes.  You will get your hands messy as you dig into the dough while learning how to create healthy Wild Sourdough in your own kitchen.  Everyone in the class gets to eat the food we prepare, as well as take home their own wild sourdough starter to continue making bread at home.
