About the event

Need to get whipped into pie making shape?! Or, just want to learn how to make a pie to impress yourself and your friends?! This boot camp is for you! Pastry Chef Marianna Stepniewski will teach you the basics to create any pie! There is no question that pie-making is a labor of love. In this four-hour intensive workshop, each student will make a pie from scratch beginning to end.

Limited to ten students, we will be making springtime inspired pies; Roasted Rhubarb Pie with Almond Cardamom Streusel, Salted Honey & Tahini Chess Pie and Pear & Earl Grey Pie with Lattice Top Crust.

Each student will go home with their very own pie to share (or not!). A light lunch will be served. Remember to please bring your own pie plate!
