Need to get whipped into pie-making shape?! Or just want to learn how to make a pie to impress yourself and your friends?! This bootcamp is for you! Guest pastry chef Marianna Stepniewski will teach you the basics to create any pie. There is no question that pie making is a labor of love. In this 4-hour intensive workshop, each student will make a pie from scratch from beginning to end.
The class is limited to 10 students; we will be making Fall inspired pies, perfect for the upcoming holiday season: Triple Ginger Apple Pie with Lattice Crust, Bourbon Pecan Pie and Caramelized Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Lime Streusel.
Each student will go home with their very own pie to share (or not!). A light dinner will be served. Remember to please bring your own pie plate!
