Pastry Chef Marianna Stepniewski will teach you the basics to whip up any pie!
There is no question that pie-making is a labor of love. In this four-hour intensive workshop each student will make a pie from scratch beginning to end. Limited to ten students we will be making pies that satisfy the soul; Coconut cream pie, Lemon meringue pie and Lattice top kashmiri garam masala pie. Each student will go home with their very own pie to share (or not!). A light lunch will be served. Remember to please bring your own pie plate!
