About the event

Through this hands-on practice in true teamwork, students will work together to execute a family-friendly menu to save the day (and dinnertime) on a few evenings in the future. Students will leave with meals that are ready to eat or to slip into the freezer for a later day. With meal prep pro, Lindsey Miller, attendees will make one extra large pot of soup and roll meatballs to accompany a flavorful sauce. Students will assemble a comforting and hearty dish to finish at home, as well as marinate a protein for a future family meal. Meal Prep Co-Op offers students a chance to help one another, build community, and get a real jump-start on the mutual daily goal of feeding the family.
